Description of GreenHybrid pins 15 cm.
GreenHybrid pins of length 15 cm are supplied when you buy our Fall Protection Pad with a GreenHybrid product. The pins should be used to keep the GreenHybrid product in place immediately after installation while the natural grass grows up through it. The pins ensure that the GreenHybrid mesh is held down. Once the grass has grown through the GreenHybrid mesh structure, the roots begin to take hold of the structure, which means there is no reason for the pins to stay in the ground. We have therefore made the pins biodegradable and compostable, so they disappear 100% without leaving a trace.
USE GreenHybrid pins 15 cm. FOR:
Used for installing Fall Protection Pad 30 mm with the GreenHybrid system on top. Or if the soil is especially loose and you need stronger pins while installing the GreenHybrid products.
ENVIRONMENTAL EXPLANATION:
The pins used for installing GreenHybrid products are 100% biodegradable and compostable. This means they are 100% free of plastic and after degradation there will be no microplastic parts or debris in the natural environment. This is due to the fact that the pins are made from plant-based materials (wheat and potato starches plus biodegradable pigments). The pins are certified in accordance with the standards ASTM D6400 & EN13432.
